Request for Quote - Salesforce Support

The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is a national nonprofit organization committed to ending colorectal cancer within our lifetime. We help patients, families, survivors, and caregivers navigate diagnosis and treatment options, connect them with those who can share experiences and knowledge, and identify resources to meet their needs. We partner with healthcare professionals and social influencers to raise awareness of preventative screening, and we collaborate with researchers to better understand the disease and fund critical research.  Our efforts are urgent, effective, and efficient because we believe that tomorrow can’t wait.

We are currently seeking a new Salesforce support vendor to assist with the management and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience and expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, such as marketing automation and customer service platforms like Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud, Classy, FundraiseUp, Form Assembly, etc.
  • Experience developing complex reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Experience in a health focused environment including HIPAA compliance

Scope of Work:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our Salesforce CRM platform, including high level system administration, user management, and troubleshooting
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to help eliminate manual work
  • Perform regular data hygiene and cleanup tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's evolving business needs, including implementing new features and functionality
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, such as marketing automation and customer service platforms
  • Help develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics and performance indicators
  • Provide training and support to users across the organization to ensure effective use of Salesforce
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce data security and compliance with applicable regulations and policies

Timeline:

  • Proposals due by June 14, 2024
  • Final vendor selection by July 15, 2024
  • Anticipated partnership start September 1, 2024

Budget:

  • In your response please include the cost of 20 hours of support per month 

Submission:

  • Interested vendors should submit a proposal including a description of your experience and expertise, your proposed approach to supporting the Colorectal Cancer Alliance's Salesforce platform, examples of current clients, and a detailed breakdown of your proposed costs. All interested vendors must be located in the United States. Anyone outside of the U.S. will not be considered.
