Influencing public funds

In addition to direct funding, the Alliance seeks to facilitate a supercharged path toward a cure by influencing public funds. Policy experts are targeting $380 million in funding at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and $20 million in the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP).

"We will not stop"

Innovating clinical trial infrastructure

Treatment options for metastatic CRC lag behind those of other advanced cancers. The result is a dire 13% mCRC survival rate. The Alliance endeavours to create an innovative clinical trial infrastructure to bring promising treatments to patients faster.

Energizing data

The Alliance will accelerate bench-to-bedside research with a patient-centric CRC support portal that benefits patients, physicians, and researchers. Data will identify unmet needs, facilitate second opinions, improve the accessibility of clinical trials, emphasize longitudinal surveillance, and more.
