J. Cory Tull is a corporate partner and Deputy Office Managing Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of global law firm Latham & Watkins. Cory’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions.
He has extensive experience representing some of the most highly regarded and active private equity firms in the industry, as well as private and public companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions across an array of industries including aerospace and defense, government services, technology, retail and consumer products, and sports and entertainment.
Cory received both his bachelor’s degree as well and his law degree from Georgetown University.
Cory became involved with the Alliance after losing his first wife, Corinne, to colorectal cancer in 2020 at age 39. She had been diagnosed just 15 months earlier. He is devoted to finding a cure and ways to reverse the troublesome trends in young onset colorectal cancer.
