The Colorectal Cancer Alliance ended the Blue Hope Financial Assistance Award on February 23, 2026. Patients and caregivers can continue to receive personalized support through the Alliance’s patient navigation services, including live, one-on-one clinical care navigation via the Helpline, as well as resources available through the Alliance and its partners.


Blue Hope Treatment Awards
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance understands that financial concerns are one of the many challenges patients and families face after a colorectal cancer diagnosis. We recognize how critical financial support can be during treatment, and we know that any end in assistance can be difficult for our community.
On February 23, 2026, the Colorectal Cancer Alliance ended the Blue Hope Financial Assistance Award. This decision was not made lightly.
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is still here to support you through personalized patient navigation. You can continue to reach out to our Helpline at (877) 422-2030, use BlueHQ, and contact us to find financial assistance resources, including national and local programs that may help with treatment costs, living expenses, transportation, and other needs.

Colonoscopy assistance
To help those facing a financial barrier to getting screened, Olympus Corporation of the Americas is providing funding for 100 at-risk individuals to receive colonoscopies through the Colorectal Cancer Alliance Blue Hope Prevention Awards program in celebration of the company’s 100th anniversary and to improve access to lifesaving screenings.
