A detailed agenda, including Saturday’s full program and session timing, will be provided to attendees as the event approaches.

The Cure CRC Summit is by invitation only and is designed to bring together leaders and collaborators from across the Project Cure CRC ecosystem, including:

• Project Cure CRC Consortium members
• Academic researchers, principal investigators, and clinical investigators advancing colorectal cancer research
• Clinical investigators and site leaders participating in or supporting KLEOS
• Project Cure CRC-funded investigators and research collaborators
• Biotechnology and pharmaceutical partners developing promising therapies and exploring research or clinical trial collaborations
• Data, technology, and innovation partners supporting precision medicine and more efficient clinical research
• Patient advocates and other partners bringing the patient perspective into research and clinical development
• Philanthropic and strategic partners helping accelerate the Alliance’s research mission
• Alliance leadership, board members, scientific advisors, and research program partners

• All invited attendees will receive a personalized registration link from the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
• Please complete your registration by Tuesday, November 10, 2026, to confirm your attendance and secure your hotel accommodations at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
• Because the Cure CRC Summit is an invitation-only event, registration links are unique to each invitee and should not be forwarded or shared.

Attendees can expect an interactive, collaborative program designed to advance the goals of Project Cure CRC and accelerate progress for people affected by colorectal cancer.

The program will include:

• Strategic plenaries highlighting Project Cure CRC’s progress, impact, and future priorities
• Scientific and clinical discussions focused on emerging research, promising therapeutic approaches, biomarkers, and opportunities to accelerate translation from discovery to patients
• KLEOS updates and discussions focused on the continued advancement of Project Cure CRC’s adaptive clinical trial platform
• Collaborative working sessions and breakouts designed to identify opportunities, address challenges, and foster new partnerships
• Patient perspectives that help ensure the needs and experiences of people affected by colorectal cancer remain central to research and clinical development
• Networking and relationship-building opportunities connecting researchers, clinicians, industry partners, advocates, Consortium members, Patient Advisory Council members, and other collaborators across the Project Cure CRC community

No. The Cure CRC Summit is an in-person only event to promote confidential discussion and relationship-building among collaborators.

• Miami International Airport (MIA) – 12 miles (approx. 25 minutes by car)
• Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – 22 miles (approx. 40 minutes by car)

Taxis and rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are readily available at both airports. Ground transportation costs are not included in registration.

• Valet Parking: $59 per night (including tax).
• Self-Parking: Available in a public garage across the street for approximately $20/day (cannot be charged to your room; rates may vary).
