    2026 Event Information

    The national Blue Hope Bash is the Colorectal Cancer Alliance’s premier fundraising gala advancing the mission to end colorectal cancer.

    The Bash is a spectacular evening of cocktails, dancing, and philanthropy — a pivotal celebration of saving lives that you do not want to miss. Join your peers on November 14 at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.

    Colorectal cancer is now the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in people under 50 in America. Ending this disease starts with you.

    Honoring Asal Sayas

    Asal Sayas was a force for good in public policy and a champion for patients. She advised President Joe Biden on cancer as part of the Cancer Moonshot, directed government affairs at amfAR, and served on Capitol Hill. In January 2025, she joined the Colorectal Cancer Alliance as a consultant, dedicating the final months of her life to challenging the disease she faced. Asal, like so many who have been diagnosed, thrived despite the statistics, giving everything she had to writing more chapters into her life. She passed away on April 21 at 42. We remember her for the mark she left on the world and the enduring legacy of action that carries her advocacy forward.
