Our annual event benefits the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, and their focus to advocate for prevention, magnify support, and accelerate research to end this disease within the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Inside Anne's Closet honors the memory of Anne M. Paye, who passed away in June of 2013 at the age of 67 from colon cancer. Her death inspired her son, Founding Chair, John Paye (Stanford Hall of Fame Quarterback and former San Francisco 49er), together with her daughter, Amy Paye Venuto, to bring together family, friends and community to raise awareness about the need for colorectal cancer screening, especially in under-served communities. Tomorrow cannot wait for a world free of colorectal cancer.
